Kilden is a performing arts centre on the southern coast of Norway. In 2012, three organizations—a symphony orchestra, a theater troupe and an opera company—were housed under one spectacular roof designed by ALA Architects. I developed a system by which all three organizations could be represented in a 3-in-1 logo mark whose pieces could then break apart across various places throughout the brand. The logo's dynamic and geometric construction complements the building's powerful architecture and the simple shapes of the font GT Walsheim.
Theater posters use the parallelogram as a boundary-breaking window.
Visiting artist posters subtly integrate all three shapes.
